J&A Management Services LLC is our Commercial / Industrial Property Management Division that was created to help oversee our owners and tenants properties and keep them operating smoothly. We strive to establish and maintain good tenant relations and administration services, ensuring that both the tenant and the owner are receiving the highest level of service. Maintenance/Repair Issues
- We have a full time maintenance staff to promptly respond to any tenant requests.
- For those services J&A Management maintenance staff do not provide, J&A Management has a preferred list of vendors that respond to emergency calls quickly to address any tenant concerns.
Cash Flow Management
- Collecting rents
- Managing receivables
- Analyzing year end operating expenses
- Collecting year end tenant expense reimbursables
- Managing accounts payables

Income/Expense Reports
- We will keep you well informed and up to date with your income and expenses with our simple, yet professional monthly & quarterly reports.
Lease Negotiation
- J&A Management works along side Judson & Associates Real Estate to easily negotiate and produce leases for new tenants and re-negotiate current tenant leases.
- We will track tenant rent increases and other collectibles to optimize your cash flow.
Tenant Satisfaction
- We will personally stop in periodically to check on your tenants.
- Our #1 goal is to make sure tenants are satisfied with their space and quickly respond to all of their concerns.
