Mike Judson

Mike has been involved in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate for the past 25 years with Judson & Associates, since graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. He became President in 1999, and throughout the years Mike has helped to develop Judson & Associates, s.c. into a leading Commercial/Industrial Real Estate company throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. By forming strong relationships with many local developers and business owners, he has consistently been a leader in industrial and investment sales throughout the area. A few of the clients that Mike has worked with include Baird Display, Applewood Drywall, HNI Insurance, Centerpoint Properties, Headstart Program, JB Kenehan, Aring Equipment, and Airgas-North Central. He has also worked with several banks, such as BMO Harris, Foundations Bank and Marine Bank, in identifying the value of the real estate they finance and managing and selling of distressed assets. Mike is a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW), Wisconsin Association of Realtors (WRA), and Sussex Lions Club. He is also a gracious 2006 recipient of the "40 Under 40" award sponsored by the Milwaukee Business Journal, and awarded the CARW 2011 Investment Deal of the Year for the sale of two 30,000 SF office buildings in Franklin, in which he performed a key role in maintaining & managing the properties, securing current leases, bringing in new tenants such as the US Transportation Administration offices, and defending the value of the properties.

Darryl Judson

Darryl opened Judson & Associates in 1989 in an effort to focus on Waukesha County's imminent Industrial/Commercial expansion. He has been especially successful in marketing several Waukesha County Business Parks such as the Airport Business Park (Waukesha County), Hillcrest Business Park (City of Waukesha), Priedeman Business Park (Waukesha School Board), Pewaukee Industrial Park (Village of Pewaukee), and other locally owned developments.

Over the years, Darryl's leadership and experience has attracted many local insurance companies, financial institutions, municipalities and building contractors (large and small). Currently Darryl devotes much of his time to responding to referrals and focuses the majority of his time on land. Many frustrated landowners, company owners, and landowners have become longtime clients of Judson & Associates due to Darryl's ability to quick results with various governmental agencies.

Lori Hake

After attending UWEC, starting a family, and spending 16+ years in sales, marketing & management roles, Lori Hake decided to put all of her experiences and knowledge to use in a new direction and joined Judson & Associates in 2006. Lori enjoys helping customers and clients achieve their goals as they define them by listening to what they wish to accomplish then tenaciously working toward that goal. Some of the companies Lori has had the privilege to help and continues working with while at Judson are ProHealth Care, PDC Midwest, Nappa, Siding Unlimted, LaFuente, Roger's Memorial, and Frontier Title. Lori also has relationships with Municipal personnel, contractors, and bankers so that she can be a strong advisor throughout the entire buy, sell or lease process. She is a member of the The National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA), & the Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals of WI (CARW), in which she won the 2011 CARW Investment Deal of the Year award for her part in the challenging sale of two 30,000 SF office buildings in Franklin. She is active in Waukesha County Chambers of Commerce, the Lake Country Rotary Club of WI, and Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW) where Lori was recently recruited for a 3 year term to judge the WCREW Showcase Awards. She will have the opportunity to meet with other Waukesha and Milwaukee County executives to review award nomination packets and determine the winning projects.

Mark Gorski

Since joining Judson & Associates in 2006 Mark has focused on industrial real estate sales and leasing. He has brokered hundreds of transactions ranging from assisting small businesses to find their first location to multi-million dollar facility expansions.  His customers and clients benefit from Mark's experience and connections to assemble the right team to assist with SBA and other relevant lending programs, dealing with potential environmental issues that may arise, and assisting clients to obtain necessary government approvals.  Mark's experience includes site selection, sale/lease strategy and marketing, multi-building portfolio marketing, investment sales, and bank owned real estate sales. 

Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he earned a degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.  Mark stays involved in the Waukesha Business Alliance and the Oconomowoc Chamber of Commerce through being active on committees including the economic development committee and young professional committees.  Mark is also the Vice President of the Delafield Lions Club and was a secretary for the 5 preceding years.

Matt Judson

Matt is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in the Business School of Management.  During the last four years, not only was Matt pursuing his degree at UW-La Crosse, but he found the time to work at Judson & Associates during his off times.  He also worked at City Brewing in La Crosse during his schooling.  Matt's drive and commitment to helping others will make him a great resource to the Commercial-Industrial market place.  

Mike Steiner

Mike has been in the contracting business for over 20 years since graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.  Within his 20+ years of managing and owning a business, he has developed a keen ear to what clients need and want.  He has developed a very simple policy....LISTEN!  By listening, Mike has developed numerous long term client relationships which has fueled his career. Having been a member of many of his industry's associations, Mike has developed a reputation of someone who not only offers questions and concerns about his industry, but solutions as well.  He has served on advisory boards, and been asked to present and speak at numerous industry related events.  Mike is looking forward to using these past experiences as a bridge to the commercial real estate market.  

Carey Bishop

Carey is fresh out of the WCTC Real Estate program and is hitting the ground running.  His vast experience in the automotive industry provides him in depth knowledge of the industrial needs of like kind industries.  Carey's strong desire to work with people has shifted his focus in life and brought him to the Commercial - Industrial market.  He was raised in Ohio with great Mid-Western attributes and with his problem solving ability, is ready to help other industry leaders reach their industrial real estate goals.  Carey can be found networking around town at various venues such as the Waukesha County Business Alliance, Menomonee Falls, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee and Brookfield Chambers.
